Our head chefs from Virago, Kayne Prime, Moto, Tavern, Whiskey Kitchen, and Saint Añejo join forces with local and international artists to create culinary activations that play on colors, lighting, urban landscapes, and everyday  aesthetics

In collaboration with artist Ed Nash, our pastry chefs will construct colorful, abstract edible wallpaper using macarons and other custom-crafted confections

Visual artist Brandon Donahue and M Street’s mixologists will fill gallery-framed artwork with dispensable libations, revealing a new perspective with every sip

The video lounge will be a getaway where all can stop and observe artist Michael Sati’s avant-garde videography and photography

a whole new light – Chef’s Steven’s original take on worldly cuisine will be served in a blacklight dark room display featuring artwork by Chris Zidek, Layla Ellis and Ed Nash

Executive Chef Andrew Whitney + Artists Igor Acord, Patrick Hayes of 1767 Designs

a life-size butcher shop replica will house a preserved bone marrow bourbon ice luge, alongside live art + cooking installations by pinstriper Igor Acord and Chef Andrew

Executive Chef Brandon Chavannes + Artist Patrick Hayes of 1767 Designs

Chef Brandon’s exotic offerings will fill a larger-than-life display before moving through an interactive wooden sculpture machined by 1767 Designs

Executive Chef Jay Flatley + Artists Brian Wooden, Nathan Brown

an urban landscape designed by graffiti artists Brian Wooden and Nathan Brown will build on Chef Jay’s city-inspired cuisine

Chef De Cuisine Luke Senderling + Artist Denise Roxenstone

once inside Denise Roxenstone’s leather jacket maze, Chef Luke’s seasonal innovations will adorn a fashion designer’s studio where edible creations are displayed

Sous Chef John Zaitoun + Artist Derrick Castle

visual artist and illustrator Derrick Castle will create a sugar-skull paradise and tequila-lit backdrop, made to display Chef Piero’s contemporary offerings

A portion of all proceeds from Chef Week will be donated to The Country Rising Fund of The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, established to support charitable initiatives to help victims of the September 2017 hurricanes — Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, Jose and Maria. Additionally, the fund will now also envelop victims of the shooting in Las Vegas.
